The App stores request history and saved information locally on your device using Android local storage (SharedPreferences or local app storage).
Your data remains on your device unless you choose to send it using your own email application.

When you submit a service request, the App opens your preferred email application with:

The email is not sent automatically. You review and send the email manually.

Payments
The App does not process online payments. Any service payments, if applicable, are handled outside the App.

Internet Access

- Load service images.
